Judy Amabile has served as Colorado State Representative in District 49 since 2020, and recently won the Democratic Primary for Colorado Senate in District 18. Her legislative work includes measures to increase mental health resources, improve the criminal justice system, increase gun safety, and make communities more resilient to the climate crisis. Prior to her service in the legislature, she co-founded and for 25 years operated the manufacturing company Polar Bottle in Boulder. She also co-founded the advocacy organization Good Business Colorado. Rep. Amabile is Chair of the House Business Affairs and Labor Committee.
